The Workflow: From Meeting to CRM Tasks

Here is the hands-free workflow I use to keep my deals moving forward:

1. The Capture

I use Google Workspace, so I have Gemini join, record, and transcribe my meetings automatically. I don't have to worry about taking detailed notes; I just focus on the conversation.

2. The Extraction

At the end of the meeting, Gemini notices specific action items and next steps discussed during the call. It summarizes these into a neat list.

3. The Sync

All of those meeting notes and action items are automatically dropped onto the original Google Calendar event as a Drive file. Because my Google Calendar is fully synced with Valstorm, the event record in my CRM is updated instantly.

4. The Magic: Background Automation

This is where Valstorm takes over. The moment that Drive file hits the event record, a background automation kicks off. It reads the AI-generated action items and instantly populates my CRM activity feed with dedicated, trackable tasks.
